Studio Managers

As a Studio Manager you must enjoy working in an environment where you can demonstrate a proactive, hands on approach.  Must be energetic, sales focused and love a fast paced environment.

You must enjoy working with children and appreciate the value of portraits.  Be able to demonstrate the ability to grow and develop a team as we believe that our success is based on our people's success.

Your duties will include;

- Managing a team of 4 or 5 people to successfully achieve targets on an ongoing basis.

- Recruitment and Training of staff.

- Ensuring target and goals are achieved and/or exceeded on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.

- Customer Acquisition (which includes High Street and in store canvassing along with telemarketing existing customers) you need to be able to do this along with motivating a team to achieve targeted results.

- Budgeting and performance management.

- Ensuring that optimum levels of customer service are achieved at all times.
