The term “Pixifoto” or “us” or “we” or “our” refers to the owner of the website, Pixifoto. The term “you” or “your” refers to the user or viewer of our website. Unless otherwise indicated all of the content featured or displayed on this site is owned by Pixifoto Print Processing and all elements of the site are protected by copyright and the laws relating to intellectual property.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Images and any subject matter may not be downloaded, copied, re transmitted or used in any way other than that intended. Reproduction of this website is prohibited. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. Pixifoto can take no responsibility for incorrectly ordered products.
Trim and bleed
We recommend a minimum of 3mm bleed on all products. Trimmed products may have a variance of 1-3mm.
There are copyright laws in place to prevent people from reproducing images and photographs unless they own the copyright or are authorised by the copyright owner, and if we have reason to believe the user is attempting to order products using images to which they do not own the copyright, we reserve the right to refuse service. The copyright owner is generally the person who created the image or photographed the image.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm on the same day, however please contact us via phone or email if your order is of an urgent nature. Please allow 24 hours lab time for large orders, unless arranged prior to upload. We cannot be held responsible for delays or orders lost by Royal Mail. We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or delay to your work which might be caused by Royal Mail, or any other delivery service. Please see our refund policy for refunds on non-delivered goods. Please be aware that once goods leave our lab, the delivery becomes out of our control. If you have a very urgent order that you require the next day, please contact to discuss options. A next day courier is not always guaranteed, so if you do have a very urgent delivery please get in touch. We cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for a courier failing to deliver, and we will under no circumstances replace goods while there is a courier delivery outstanding.
In the event your order arrives damaged we need to know this within 2 working days. We can arrange replacement goods upon seeing evidence of the damage (pictures via email) or the full order returned to us. Damaged good not reported within 2 working days of receipt will not be replaced. We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or delay to your work which might be caused by Royal Mail. All orders for printing are accepted on the basis that in the unlikely event of loss or damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, liability is limited to the cost of an equivalent amount of reprinting charges.
In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order we will refund your credit / debit card in full. We do not offer any refunds for delayed or lost orders. If however after 30 days of your order being dispatched and has not been received we will reprint your order at a reduced cost. This doesn`t apply during any Postal Strikes.
Due to our lab automation process, once an order has been placed it is not possible to retract or edit any order.
