The term "Pixifoto Ltd" or "Dadfords Print Processing Ltd" or "we" or "our" refers to the owner of the website, Pixifoto Ltd. The term "you" or "your" refers to the user or viewer of our website, and does not refer to the user as the owner of images. Unless otherwise indicated all of the content featured or displayed on this site is owned by Pixifoto Ltd and all elements of the site are protected by copyright and the laws relating to intellectual property.
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Images and any subject matter may not be downloaded, copied, re transmitted or used in any way other than that intended. Reproduction of this website is prohibited. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
Turnaround Times on Digital and Print Orders
We aim to process all digital orders within 1 working day. Please contact us via email if your order is of an urgent nature. Please allow 4-7 working days for print orders. We cannot be held responsible for delays or orders lost by Royal Mail or any other delivery service. We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or delay to your work which might be caused by Royal Mail or any other delivery service. Please be aware that once print orders leave our lab, the delivery becomes out of our control. If you have a very urgent order that you require the next day, please contact to discuss options. A next day courier is not always guaranteed, so if you do have a very urgent delivery please get in touch. We cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for a courier failing to deliver, and we will under no circumstances replace goods while there is a courier delivery outstanding.
In the event your print order arrives damaged we need to know this within 2 working days. We can arrange replacement goods upon seeing evidence of the damage (pictures via email) or the full order returned to us. Damaged good not reported within 2 working days of receipt will not be replaced. We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or delay to your work which might be caused by Royal Mail or any other delivery service. All orders for printing are accepted on the basis that in the unlikely event of loss or damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, liability is limited to the cost of an equivalent amount of reprinting charges.
We do not offer any refunds for digital orders. We are unable to offer refunds to any purchases made before 6th July 2017 when Photo Corporation (UK) Ltd was trading. All refund enquiry's should be directed to BRI, 100 St James' Rd, Northampton NN5 5LF
Due to the nature of digital products, once an order has been placed and the images have been uploaded to a gallery, or sent to the customer by any other means, it is not possible to retract or edit any order.
