You will be responsible for the day to day running of a busy studio.

Details:

Experience

  • Studio Photography experience essential
  • Customer service background preferred

  • Experience with customer issues and complaint rectifying
  • Commitment to learn and develop new skills

Customer Service Agent – Part Time - This Position has now been filled

You will be responsible for handling incoming customer emails and telephone calls within our busy office. You will work closely with the management team to ensure all enquiries are being handled effectively.

Details:

  • Location: Northampton NN2
  • Hours: 16 hours over 3 days, hours flexible
  • Salary: TBC - Exceeds National Living Wage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outbound calls and emails from customers
  • offering appropriate advice and guidance
  • Ensure any customer complaints are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve queries quickly and effectively in accordance with our guidelines
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting the highest level of customer service at all times

Experience

  • Customer service background
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proven track record within an office environment
  • Experience with customer issues and complaint rectifying
  • Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing a quality service

Business Development Manager

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our growing team at management level as we build and expand the business. You will be based primarily in Northampton, but will be required to travel on occasion. Partership opportunities may become available for the right candidate.

Details:

  • Location: Northampton NN2
  • Hours: Full Time
  • Salary: TBC based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all our photographers in the field
  • Must be able to manage staff, time and finances effectively
  • Prepare accurate reports and forecasts
  • Gain and retrain contracts nationwide to expand the business

Experience

  • A pevious management role is essential
  • You must have extensive knowledge of the photography industry
  • A level of computer and technical abilities is expected
  • Studio photography experience preferred but not vital
